Being abke to eat outdoors by the fire while watching the animals across the river says it all.Dinner was served induvidually to each lodge. Very friendly and easy to go... read more to kruger through the nearby gate. We saw, crocs, hippos, elephants plus numerous other animals basking in the river.
My husband and I spent 3 nights in Kambaku River Lodge, and we had a wonderful time.

Because the hotel is located alongside the Kruger National Park, we even saw animals from our hotel room (hippos and warthogs), and Leanne kindly texted us when the giraffes came out!
A truly unforgettable experience.

Thank you to Leann and her team for the warm welcome and for making sure that we were so well looked after! Being able to look onto the Crocodile river and see elephants and other game come to drink whilst having a coffee or dinner is just magnificent - the setting is just perfect. I can highly recommend Kambaku River Lodge and we most certainly look forward to returning to this magnificent lodge. More

It's 45mins drive away from MQP airport.
The room is big and comfortable with nice view to the krokodilriver, where we saw the animals while having breakfast and afternoon tea.
Activities, services and transportation on time and as promised with high quality.
The breakfast and dinner is according to our request; very tasty and big portions. I enjoyed my lazani and mushroom sauce steak.
The safari trip that organised by them was fantastic 7hrs day, and 3hrs night, we saw lions, rainos, , buffaloes, elephants, Impalas, different birds and many animals. They provided us breakfast box and rain coats.
The hospitality and service is very pleasant, felt like home, and will definitely repeat the experience again in the near future.
