Swaziland or Mozambique tour - neighbouring countries (full-day excursions from approx 7 am - 5 pm). Spa treatments or a game of golf at Leopard Creek Golf Course (GOLF NOT BOOKABLE ON TUESDAY OR SATURDAY. Kambaku River Lodge will not be held liable should Leopard Creek cancel for any reason or should we not be able to get you a booking. Please book early for all activities as we cannot be held responsible for any disappointments due to UNAVAILABILITY, ESPECIALLY OVER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, EASTER, CHRISTMAS ETC.

Please note that should we book any activity for you and you decide to cancel last minute you will still be liable for the costs incurred. Please note that all fees on safaris and tours are paid for by us in advance to secure your place and cannot be held liable for any weather changes.

Golf club Hire: R850 per set per day.
Binocular Hire: request cost at the lodge.

Your safari begins the moment you arrive, as we are on the banks of the Crocodile River and Kruger.

VARIOUS SPA TREATMENTS ARE AVAILABLE.

All units are equipped to self-cater except for Ndlulamithi, however, you may choose to book breakfast, lunch and dinner with us if you have not booked them. Please be so kind as to give US A DAYS WARNING should you wish to book any meals with us, as we serve a set lodge menu for the day and buy fresh produce each day. You must notify us of any allergies. Should you come onto the property and consume any food or beverage that, having not communicated allergies or dietaries, we will not be held liable in any way. Should there be an allergic reaction, we will take all medical and first aid precautions in our power.

If you have a dietary preference (i.e. you are a vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan etc.) we can cater accordingly. To avoid disappointment please let us know about your eating requirements. NO À LA CART MENUES, we serve a Table d’Hote (A set menu)

***** WE ARE A NATURE LODGE - NO MUSIC PERMITTED.
***** Please note that before entering our property or going on a game drive you will be required to sign our indemnity form.
***** We have a 50% cancellation policy if cancelled 90 days before arrival, 70% if cancelled 30 days before arrival and 100% if cancelled 30 days before the due date.
***** We are licensed for your drink requirements. Therefore alcohol may be brought onto the property if you are self catering. (No corkage will be charged)
If you are having meals with us your drinks need to be bought through us and a corkage fee will be charged on wine/champagne should you bring your own onto the property.
***** Should you arrive with children that have not been booked, please note they will be charged on a per-person basis.
***** Please bear in mind that we book and pay the Kruger fees a day in advance, which means you will be liable for the safari costs of the safari if you CANCEL.

***** NO DOGS ALLOWED AND IF YOU ARRIVE WITH ONE YOUR MONEY WILL BE FORFEITED ON YOUR BOOKING AND ENTRY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
***** Arrivals later than 20.00 need to be arranged with the lodge and a fee of R400 per hour will be charged as staff need to stay to see you after working hours.
***** Late check out penalties of R450 per hour are applicable (this is not applicable to guests that Kambaku River Lodge is transfering after the check out time of 10h30)
***** Should you wish to buy a SIM card do not buy a VODACOM card - it does not work at the lodge!
