We reuse as much water as we can. Grey water is used to water the gardens & trees. As a further backup, we have a water reservoir.
We purify all of our water on-site.
Buckets are in the showers to collect water for our housekeepers to use in the gardens.

Check ins after 18:00 needs to be arranged for and are subject to a charge of R400 per hour as staff need to be on duty after hours.
50 % Due on presentation of invoice and the balance is due up to 4 weeks before arrival, then 4 weeks before arrival the full amount is payable.
We have a 50% cancellation policy if cancelled 90 days before arrival, 70% if cancelled 60 days before arrival and 100% if cancelled in the 30 day period before due date.
