Check ins after 18:00 needs to be arranged for and are subject to a charge of R400 per hour as staff need to be on duty after hours.
Children from the age of 8 are welcome but charged at 50 % of the room rate when using existing beds or if an extra bed is required. Extra bed needs to be on request and confirmed by management. Should guests arrive with under-age children they will be charged at a full adult price.
50 % Due on presentation of invoice and the balance is due 4 weeks before arrival, unless it is 2 weeks before arrival then the full amount is payable.
We have a 50% cancellation policy if cancelled 90 days before arrival, 70% if cancelled 60 days before arrival and 100% if cancelled in the 30 day period before due date.
Extras are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay at Kambaku River Lodge.
Pets are not allowed
- EFTs or secure Credit Card facilities.
- Masterpass
- We accept Visa & MasterCard
- 50 % deposit payable on confirmation of booking.
- The full balance (100 %) is payable 30 days before arrival.
- Extras charged for at the lodge.
- Booking 30 days or less before arrival: full payment is due.
